Minimum Amount

·         A minimum amount of Rs 50 is to be deposited to open this account for rural and semi urban areas.

·         A minimum amount of Rs 100 is to be deposited to open an account for urban and metro areas.

Subsequent Deposits

·         A subsequent deposit in multiples of Rs 50 is to be made after the payment of the minimum amount for rural and semi urban areas.

·         A sebsequent deposit of Rs 100 is to be made after the payment of the minimum amount for urban and metro regions.

Tenure

Minimum 6 months to maximum 120 months.

Prematured Withdrawal

If you have to make a pre-matured withdrawal of your deposit then interest will be calculated at 1% below the rate applicable for the tenure of deposits.

Documents Required

·         Passport Size Photograph.

·         Address Proof

·         An introduction as per the bank norms

 

Terms and Conditions

  • The interest on your deposit account is credited on a quarterly basis and is paid after the completion of the maturity period.
  • Interest will be calculated 1% below the rate applicable for the period of deposit on pre-mature withdrawal of the deposit balance.
  • Minimum deposit of Rs 50 for rural and semi-urban regions and Rs 100 for urban and metro regions to open an account and applicable of Rs 50 and Rs 100 afterward respectively.
