Major states which cming under this scheme are Chattisgarh, J & K, Jharkhand, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Telangana. Six Other States Andhra pRadesh, Bihar, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland & Uttrakhand are also agreed to implement key reforms. 30 Cities are only from Gujarat in this scheme.
